Wolfe Barry & Partners to Mr J. C. Bruce who has been selected

to carry out the survey of the Kowloon Canton Railway,

together with copies of the agreements between the Consulting

Engineers and Mr Bruce and his assistant, Mr Valpy. We have

transmitted copies of the papers to the Government of Hong

Kong.
